To assist in expediting your request, we ask that all materials for your invitations (envelopes, cards, etc.) be supplied to us when the service is agreed upon. The size of your project will determine how much time it will take to complete. Please allow us at least two weeks duration to ensure that your needs are met and completely satisfied.
For all invitations, we require that you supply us with at least 10 extra envelopes to accommodate any mistakes made, additions, or changes that are needed. Please refrain from using any glossy type materials as the handwritten ink will smear.
We strive to provide you with the very best product to make your special occasion the most memorable. Please note that each handwritten piece will have it's own unique special touch, so although they will look similar there could be some minor noticeable differences.
Due to the nature of the services that we provide, once a project is completed we can not offer any refunds. We will be happy to accommodate any special requests to the best of our ability and will correct any mistakes made at no additional charge.
